Deposit processing times at bet165 may vary depending on the payment method, but transactions are generally completed very quickly.

What to Do If Your Deposit Doesn't Appear:

1. First, wait 15–20 minutes — delays are often caused by processing lags on the bank or mobile banking side.
2. Log in to bet165 and check your "Transaction History" or "Deposit History".
3. If it still hasn't arrived, note your transaction number (TrxID) from your bKash/Nagad SMS or in-app transaction history.
4. Provide your TrxID, payment time, and amount via live chat. Deposits are usually added manually within 30 minutes.

If a deposit fails: Failed transactions are usually returned to the original number within 24 hours. If you don't receive a refund, contact support with your TrxID.

A Wagering Requirement (WR) is the number of times you must wager your bonus amount before you can withdraw it. This is also commonly referred to as a "rollover requirement."

Let's break it down with a simple example:

Important information about bet165's WR (wagering requirements):

• The WR on welcome bonuses is typically x30 (deposit + bonus).
• Slot game bets count 100% towards the WR.
• Live Casino and Sports bets are typically counted at a rate of 20–50%.
• The Wagering Requirement period is generally 30 days.
• You can track your WR progress in real time under the "My Bonuses" section.

Each bonus comes with its own specific terms. Before claiming any bonus, click the "Terms" link and read all conditions carefully.

Bet165's referral program is open to everyone. Any active member can refer friends or acquaintances to earn bonuses – with no limit on the number of referrals.
